Ugg - Worst Customer Service Ever

I'm a loyal UGG buyer and own 100+ pairs in various style. I'm a part of their UGG Loyal Reward Program.
I purchased 4 pairs in December and never received my Reward Certificates. Tried emailing, only to be told 3-5 days later, they were too busy and call the 800#, which puts you on hold for 30+ minutes. Did that 3 times. Well I'll just take my money elsewhere.
I'm finished buying UGG products! And their customer service message is that they want you to have an excellent customer service experience.
WHAT A JOKE!. I don't even care about my $40 Reward Certificates!!!!!

I just endured the same thing they are low class snobs and fyi their shoes SUCK now quality is 0 I have a pair from 99 it is a joke how cheap they are. plus they are animal abusers
