I bought a pair of slippers for my wife. They did not fit.

I requested an exchange. I wanted the next size up. They sent me the same size. I requested a refund.

I never heard back. They will not answer the phone, will not respond to a chat. Will not respond to e-mail. This has been going on since Nov.
