Order Canceled without email notification

I placed an order for a Christmas Gift, the item was on back order and expected to ship between December 5th and the 20th. when I checked the status to see when It should arrive My order had been canceled without an email notification.

This is BAD business. for such a large company to treat there customers like this is Unacceptable.

If I was informed that the order was canceled I what I had time to order a different Item and have it in Time for Christmas. Very disappointed Customer, But apparently you don't need my business, one word of advice be careful how you treat your customers without them, you have no business.

Preferred solution: change in order policy so that no other customers get treated like this. If you place an order they should at least have the decency to inform the customer that the order has been cancelled.

User's recommendation: don’t expect shipment of your item if on backorder and be care they will cancel your orders without notification

Poor customer service

Absolutely the worst customer service I have spent thousands of dollars at Ugg over the years. They will no longer get my business. It was much before they became a private equity company.

Missing my order

DoI sent my shoes back to be exchange. They were not the same size, 1 was smaller than a 6, Ive emailed 3 times last email on Nov 27 with no reply email. Today I called and they told me they couldnt help because they couldnt track my order! This is insane. I know its the busiest time of year for postal offices but, I ordered 2 pair of UGGS back to back and now Im only getting 1 pair. This isnt my fault that the return is taking this long to make it to uggs but I have a really hard time believe that since no one for the last month would even look into the order number.

Ordered a pair of Tasman slippers. They were on back order, no problem! Super excited. Get a notification weeks later that my order will be shipped soon. Next day, an email saying my order was cancelled because my payment did not go through, which is false. Customer service was no help, I asked to escalate my concerns to a supervisor and they were even worse. I believe my order was cancelled due to a supply and demand problem so its upsetting when they blame the consumer.

Stitching

I have talisman ugg slippers the stitching is disconnected on the inner left shoe. They were purchased at macys in Philadelphia as a gift from my husband and I dont wear them often and take good care of my things. How can you help with this issue. The price of Uggs are not cheap and I expect more from this company

Lovely lady informed me that unfortunately the great UGG restore service was not available in Canada! She was very attentive as she tried to determine what other options there were. By the way not a pissed customer just inquiring!! She was great!!

While the Uggs response was not what I wanted, the customer service rep delivered the message very nicely. My granddaughter wanted the Uggs mini boots and I had been hoping to secure a discount because of the high price.
